• The Italy / Austria operational program was developed in collaboration with the partners part of the program: the Austrian provinces of Carinthia, Salzburg and Tirol, the Veneto Region, the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol.

  It focuses on three objectives from which are derived the three program priorities.

  The specific objectives aim at:

  • improving the economic relations and competitiveness;
  • protecting the environment and promoting a sustainable development of the territory;
  • supporting assessments and improving of the administrative capacity.

The Park of the Friulian Dolomites together with the Park of the Julian Alps, the FVG Autonomous Region, the Veneto Region and the Land of Carinthia participated and carried out the “FanAlp project – protection, enhancement and enjoyment of natural areas in the Eastern Alps”.
